All other questions must be submitted through the CRM support site (http://localadlink.custhelp.com). Please call 1-888-205-0098 between the hours of 8am-6pm PDT Monday through Friday for refunds/cancellation for both advertisements and Brand Builder accounts.   You will need to have the following information available (if applicable): Member ID number/Username Ad Sale Invoice Number First/Last name or business name Date of sale Last four of credit card used Please be aware that LocalAdLink Policies and Procedures require you to submit a written request within the first 3 business days (72 hours) of purchase to receive a refund. This applies to both advertising packages and Brand Builder purchases. After 72 hours, only a cancellation WITHOUT a refund can be processed. You can submit a refund/cancellation request through the CRM with the subject line reading: "Cancel."  Be sure to mark your CATEGORY as "Cancel/Refund/Billing." You must provide the account username and invoice number you would like to cancel.  Other options include sending a letter by certified mail to the corporate office or by faxing 702-951-3255.
